Versión Portable de Adobe Photoshop CS4, como novedad tendrá que solo requiere descomprimir y ejecutar el archivo lanzador para iniciar el programa, además incluye un modulo de arranque que detecta el idioma del sistema operativo y dependiendo de cual fuese carga la interfase apropiada. Se le añadieron los archivos host de bloqueo para evitar la activación vía Internet el producto solucionando el problema de los números de serie en lista negra.
Luego de terminar de usar el producto y cerrarlo se limpia el registro de idiomas y seriales, para evitar conflictos, se recomienda usarlo en ordenadores que carecen del software instalable.
